Billing Errors and Refund Policy

In the event that you call and purchase minutes but decide not to use the minutes that day, you will not be granted any refunds and have a week to use the funds as a credit, unless a mutual arrangement for a deadline is personally made. However, all purchased calls by new clients have 1 week to use their credit for a call.

Coquette Classic maintains a refund policy of not more than 30 days for billing errors only. If you believe you’ve been erroneously billed and would like a refund, kindly contact us for resolution at [email protected]. Normally we respond within 24 hours of receiving such complains but due to the high volume of orders, we will respond to your mail within 48 hours at most. When making a refund request, ensure you include the following;

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any other relevant information 

Please note that our refund policy only covers the first thirty (days) of the billing error. Failure to notify us within the stipulated time, the said fee will be treated as acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer.

 As such,  you release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.
